Does anyone else feel like Korean releases on Netflix have been weirdly quieter in 2026? Maybe I’m imagining it but compared to the last several years it feels like there’s been less buzz around Korean content on Netflix in 2026 so far. I’m talking both dramas and movies. A few years ago it felt like there was constantly huge new K-drama everyone was talking about or multiple big thriller/action releases. This year feels quieter to me.
